medical excuses. Not only does the site claim the notes' reliability, it promises

employee looking for a breather, the site ensures its product will "work its magic
for you".

The site charges $14.95 for a digital bundle of twenty-one fake doctor's excuse
notes. The majority of the doctor notes are medical - ranging from podiatrist to
cardiologist to gynecologist. In addition to the doctor's notes, the package
includes a few extras such as a fake funeral pamphlet and jury duty summons.

Marquisi's sales-page spokesperson, a fictional shyster titled "Dr. E.Z. Streat",
makes a mention of several other sites that sell fake doctor's excuses, but claims
that theirs do not stand a chance next to his. To prove his point, he includes a
detailed chart that highlights his products advantages. His notes, he states, are
replete with logos, watermarks, and other realistic-looking features.

Since November, the site has gone through some controversy. Last month "Dr. E.Z
Streat" received an email from a Baptist preacher, claiming this product was
enabling people to do wrong.

"Dr. E.Z. Streat" has a different angle.

"I created this as an experiment, and it works. People search for these and they buy
them. I am not breaking the law or causing harm. And people who use these for
illegal means are misusing my product. They're meant for fun - for a joke," he
stated.
